As a young Sales Manager that started out his sales career with no customers, I’m not afraid to challenge, learn and assess myself. Due to my studies, I’m always looking to work more efficiently and productively. Whether I’m looking for new prospects, cold calling, strategies, managing or other challenges that I face every day.
A good sales is all about hard but efficient work and challenging your customers. Customers want to be educated and advised by their Account Manager. Only this way a sales rep can excel in finding the best solution for the (maybe still invisible) need of a customer.
Customer centricity is key, I’ve always tried to understand my customers’ needs and to help them as good and quickly as possible. Not only do I take pride in finding THE solution for my customers, but I make it my personal goal to make sure they get the outstanding service they deserve.
