I have worked in People Development for more than 20 years, most notably as Director of Talent, Learning & OD for The Walt Disney Company across Europe, the Middle East & Africa.

I now specialise in contemporary L&D practices and work with clients to develop and implement their digital learning strategies – which encompass face-to-face as well as online – whilst equipping L&D teams with trusted methodologies and practical digital skills.

As well as being the Chief Learning Strategist at Looop, I write articles and speak about L&D at conferences and events; I’m a member of the CIPD L&D Advisory Board; and teach on the CIPD Level 5 Digital & Blended Learning programme.
